Hi, I’m Emily Joy — personal trainer, nutrition coach, and founder of Sweat with Joy. I help busy people get stronger, feel better, and make smart, sustainable changes that stick.

What are Smart Swaps?

They're realistic recipe makeovers. I take people's meals and show you how to adjust them — whether you're trying to hit your macros, cut fat, or lower calories without giving up flavor.

Each one includes:

  • A modified version

  • Macros for both

  • A quick breakdown of why the swaps work
